How long do I have to send in my
phone?
ReCellular must receive your phone within
30 days of your registration. If the phone is not received by
this time, the price you were quoted for the phone may be adjusted
based on market conditions.
Can I send in more than one phone?
Yes, you can send in more than one cell
phone to get more for your trade in. Find

When will I receive my Best Buy
digital coupon?
When you register to trade in your cell
phone, the process is initiated. Once we receive your phone,
you will receive your Best Buy
digital coupon via email within 30 days.
Can I use only a portion of the
coupon?
No, you must use your digital coupon in
full because your Best Buy digital
coupon code can be used only once.
Can I transfer the Best Buy digital
coupon to somebody else?
Yes, you can give your redemption number
to whomever you would like. Please do not lose your number,
